Return and Refund Policy

At the One-Shot Manga Cafe, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, all sales are final and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Incorrect, and Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@theoneshotmangacafe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide either a refund or store credit—whichever you prefer. We can also send a new item to replace a damaged one, if and only if we have that item in stock. 

Please note that we may ship items separately based on availability.
